View Full Version : Download size of Shadow Complex

Looks like my old post disappeared since my account didn't make it over in the port to the new forum :D.

So, I'll put this out there for anyone who might be able to answer - anyone know how big of a download this game will be? With the look of this game - it would not surprise me if it was a VERY heavy download.

Heck, the brand new Turtles game is about 1/4 GB, but I'm guessing Shadow Complex has to be over 1/2 GB - possibly even pushing towards 1 GB. Nothing that looks that good visually can come at a cheap "space price". :p

I've got plenty of space - but this game looks so good that I'm just curious how big it'll top out at.

I recall hearing 800mb floated around by the press around e3 time, but I don't know the official size.

WOAH. That's got to be the biggest XBLA game ever right? I think that's slightly more than Portal.

Awesome. I still cannot believe this is 1200MSP for something that looks like it's on par with retail titles.

there is a couple bigger than that, Portal im not so sure about. But this looks like 1 of the best looking arcade games out :)

Thanks much for the answer - that's a monster size-wise - but this game looks like it's space well spent. :D

Glad I got that 120 GB Hard Drive a few weeks ago!

I can pretty much promise that 90% or more of that download will be textures. Meaning it's going to pretty and varied. Both good things.

Hey guys, I won this game last night in an email in contest during 1 vs 100 last night. The game size is 835.4 mg in size and is a great game.

lol i want to upgrade from my 20GB but i dont want to send the thing away to do it. im going to have to delete fusion frenzy from the HD for this lol.

There's a cable that comes with a new harddrive when you purchase it to transfer all your old data. You don't have to send it away.
