For me it was confirmed when it was announced at E3. Sequel or not, I hope we see more games like this.

I noticed on one of the game play videos I saw it appears that there are two complexes flashing red on the map of the United States. Perhaps there is another hidden complex to go to? Then agian maybe the flashing red spots were just on both edges of the map and not actualy locations on the map. I only saw it for a second and I haven't played the game yet so I don't know for sure.....but one can hope. One can also hope for a PC release soon :)

coming from someone whos played it, i assume the game is great.

i hope they make more awesome arcade games. BF1943 was an AMAZING buy, and this looks great as well.
