Level 20 Unlock Full Map Question

Ok so I am level 37 and I have the full map but I am a little confused when I first hit level 20 and unlocked the Full map it showed all Weapon Upgrade locations and other Items Locations now after the Update I just have the Map with out any locations is this a Bug or something?

You're probably playing on insane difficulty. Change to hardcore and your ?s should show up again.
